Studio Policies

Gregg Hammond, DC Guitar Lessons, and it's employees and properties are not liable for any injuries, parking violations, misunderstanding of policy, scheduling duties, students' practice commitment, and follow-through on regular attendance. Flexibility on schedule is provided as an asset to guitar students and is a students' responsibility.

Cancellation Policy:

To provide adequate opportunity for students and teachers to plan and schedule 4 days (96) hours notice required to cancel a booked lesson. Any lesson canceled inside of that window will be charged to the student's account.

Purchase Policy: 

Lessons and services can be purchased in advance to book an appointment on the calendar. No refunds. Gift certificates are subject to all policies at DC Guitar Lessons.

Terms & Conditions:

Prepaid lessons expire 90 days from last attended lesson. Prepaid lessons are valid for 333 days from the date of payment. Please note the following rules of the studio:

  • Lessons start at the appointed time regardless of when you arrive.
  • Cancellation require 96 hour notice = 4 days.
  • No smoking allowed inside the studio.
  • Students may bring their instrument or use one here.
  • Treat all instruments with respect and care.
  • Any damage to instruments will be the responsibility of the student.
  • If there's another lesson in progress, please wait for it to finish before entering the studio.
  • Respect and courtesy for other students is required.

Return / Refund Text:

No refunds, all prepaid lessons expire 90 days from the date of the last attended lesson. 

Privacy Policy:

Your information is private. We email you with the relevant information only. No spam.

We provide an online scheduling system. You can see the calendar, book your lessons, and pay on the same software. You can receive alert emails, & sync your calendar.
